Dianna understands that the purchase of a home is often the largest purchase a person will make in their lifetime.  She believes REALTORS® have an obligation to be well educated to provide the level of service and protection her clients deserve. Dianna has completed intensive training covering a variety of topics from marketing listings for quick sale to negotiating contracts and helping sellers in danger of foreclosure.  Dianna is a Certified Default Resolution Specialist (CDRS), a 203k Specialist, and a Certified Short Sale Buyer Representative (CSSBR).

Dianna is a member in good standing with the Prince George’s County Association of REALTORS® (PGCAR), the Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR), the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and a member of the Metropolitan Regional Information System, or the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  In addition, she is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, REbuildUSA, and America's Home Rescue.

Community Involvement/Volunteer Work

Dianna has helped the community by working in the local homeless shelter and, along with EXIT Realty, by donating to Habitat for Humanity. To date EXIT Realty has donated over $2 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.
